DCFS Deputy Director Kym Renner joined KTLA 5 News anchors Lu Parker and Glenn Walker to talk about finding permanent homes for youth in foster care such as Woodrow, 13.

“The toughest challenge we have is really … finding that forever home that every child deserves,” Deputy Director Renner said. Friendly, inquisitive and with a penchant for typing and the outdoors, Woodrow said he would love to be part of a family that really cares.
