Bring the entire family to the Black Education Expo (BEE)—an NBC4 Los Angeles-featured K–12 community experience connecting Southern California students, families, and educators with resources, opportunities, and people who can help them thrive.
Co-presented by Pasadena Councilmember Tyron Hampton, BEE offers a joyful day of learning, connection, and community.

Past and present BEE participants include UCLA, Cedars-Sinai, Pasadena City College, the Los Angeles Community College District, Soluna and BrightLife Kids, Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center, Los Angeles Urban League, California Black Women’s Health Project, IBEW Local 11, and PCL Construction.
